Reloadnow.com is one of the leading companies in the sales of digital goods like prepaid and giftcards to consumers.

We love to give consumers an easy journey in buying digital products on their phone, tablet or PC. Our diverse product portfolio includes eSIMs, game cards as well as topups and miscellaneous gift cards. Today Reloadnow is selling over 40M of topups, giftcards and gamecards on a yearly basis.

Reloadnow started in 2003, then named Alphacomm Digital Commerce, and now operates in multiple countries. Our global brand is Reloadnow.com, esim.reloadnow.com but we also run local shops like opwaarderen.nl, aufladen.de, herladen.be and usaprepaid.com.

Our head-office is in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, but we also have staff in other countries to do customer support, analysis or do development.

Your role
You work on our website on optimizing the products that we sell. Next to that, you will assist the Team with various tasks like; keeping the product portfolio up to date and available; optimizing payment methods or support; and creating the products in our system and updating databases. You will become responsible for positioning the products on our webshops. You will work in a small but close team on making RelaodNow a success!

What will you do:

• Help maintain product listings, pricing, and promotional content across our shops

• Use AI tools to improve workflows and support operational tasks

• Work with top 5 brands in the industry: Apple, Google Play, PSN, XBOX, Spotify

• Assist in testing and launching new growth experiments

• Support with customer operations, reviews, translations, and basic research tasks

• Create customer flows using Figma.

About you:

• Available for 24–40 hours a week

• A student or recent graduate in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a similar field

• Curious about AI and already using tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, or automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com, etc.)

• You love finding smarter, faster ways to get things done

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently

• Good communication skills in English (Dutch or German is a plus)

• You match our core values.

• Bonus: Familiarity with Google Sheets, Shopify, or analytics tools
