We’re a fast-growing group of e-commerce platforms — including Aufladen.de, Opwaarderen.nl, Herladen.be, usaprepaid.com and Reloadnow.com — focused on selling digital goods like prepaid top-ups, e-sims and gift cards.
Our head office is in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, but we also have staff in other countries to do customer support, analysis or development.
As our E-commerce Operations & Portfolio Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing our product offering and streamlining operations. From ensuring digital code availability and launching new products, to supporting payments and fraud prevention teams. We’re looking for someone with hands-on e-commerce experience who’s also comfortable using AI and automation tools to reduce manual work and accelerate execution.
📍 You will work from our Rotterdam office three days a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays), collaborating closely with the team.
You will be doing:
Product & Stock Management
Monitor and manage digital code stock levels across all e-commerce platforms
Prevent stockouts through proactive forecasting and supplier coordination
New Product Launches
Lead the entire lifecycle of new product onboarding:
Conduct market and competitor research (using AI tools where relevant)
Collaborate with suppliers to onboard new brands
Coordinate product setup in internal systems (pricing, content, categorization)
Ensure launch-readiness across Customer Support and Tech
Catalog Accuracy & Data Quality
Ensure product data (titles, images, pricing, categories) is accurate, consistent, and up to date
Perform regular audits of the catalog to identify and fix errors or outdated listings
Work with development and content teams to maintain high product data quality standards
Workflow Ownership & Documentation
Take ownership of key operational processes (e.g., product launch, stock management, supplier onboarding)
Create and maintain clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all recurring tasks
AI & Automation
Identify and automate repetitive tasks using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Make.com, Zapier, Google Sheets AI, or scripting
Promote an approach based on continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Customer Support on product-related complaints, stock issues, or delivery problems
Create well-structured Jira tickets for the development team to fix bugs, launch changes, or optimize backend tools
Support Payments & Fraud teams with data gathering, incident handling, and process execution
Job requirements
What you should bring to the table
2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, product management, or catalog coordination
Strong organizational and analytical skills with a bias for action
Experience using AI/automation tools to improve processes (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Make, Zapier or Excel automation)
Comfortable with platforms like Jira, CMS or admin dashboards
Proactive communicator with a “get it done” mentality
Creative and entrepreneurial mindset — you think in experiments, loops, and scalable hacks
Fluent in English; Dutch, French, or German is a big plus
Based in or near Rotterdam or able to work from our office 3 days per week
Bonus: Knowledge of digital goods (top-ups, gift cards, subscriptions)
