Reloadnow.com is one of the leading companies in the sales of digital goods like prepaid and giftcards to consumers.
We love to give consumers an easy journey in buying digital products on their phone, tablet or PC. Our diverse product portfolio includes eSIMs, game cards as well as topups and miscellaneous gift cards. Today Reloadnow is selling over 40M of topups, giftcards and gamecards on a yearly basis.
Reloadnow started in 2003, then named Alphacomm Digital Commerce, and now operates in multiple countries. Our global brand is Reloadnow.com, but we also run local shops like opwaarderen.nl, aufladen.de, herladen.be and usaprepaid.com.
Our head-office is in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, but we also have staff in other countries to do customer support, analysis or do development.
Your challenge
We are on a mission to make esim.reloadnow.com the #1 travel eSIM brand in the world. As our eSIM Growth & Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind growing customer acquisition, and sales—without burning cash. This is a high-impact role where creativity, resourcefulness, and strategic thinking are critical. You'll build the brand from the ground up, focusing on profitable growth, low-cost acquisition, and sustainable strategies to maximize ROI.
You will be doing
Develop and own the growth strategy across SEO, SEA, partnerships, affiliate/influencer marketing, social media focused on low-cost acquisition channels.
Identify and leverage low-cost/high-impact marketing channels: SEO, influencer/affiliate marketing, partnerships, and content marketing.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, tech) to execute your strategies effectively, you will guide and brief the content and design teams.
Analyze campaign performance, measure ROI, and continuously optimize for profitability.
Present clear, data-driven reports and updates to management—highlighting progress, learnings, and next steps.
Make decisions with full ownership and accountability—you’ll steer the strategy and take responsibility for its success.
Identify growth opportunities and proactively pitch new ideas to stay ahead of competitors.
Job requirements
What you should bring to the table
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or business development in e-commerce.
Proven track record of scaling user acquisition on a limited budget—focused on profitable outcomes.
Deep expertise in SEO, SEA content strategy, influencer/affiliate marketing, and organic growth tactics.
Highly analytical and data-driven; you optimize based on performance metrics, not guesswork.
Clear and confident communication and reporting skills—you translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
Entrepreneurial mindset: scrappy, hands-on, creative, and laser-focused on profitable growth.
Decisive and accountable—you’re comfortable owning results and making tough calls.
Experience working closely with internal teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
Experience in the telecom or travel industry.
Existing network of travel influencers, bloggers, and affiliates.
Familiarity with eSIM products.
