Reloadnow.com is one of the leading companies in the sales of digital goods like prepaid and giftcards to consumers.

We love to give consumers an easy journey in buying digital products on their phone, tablet or PC. Our diverse product portfolio includes eSIMs, game cards as well as topups and miscellaneous gift cards. Today Reloadnow is selling over 40M of topups, giftcards and gamecards on a yearly basis.

Reloadnow.com started in 2003, then named Alphacomm Digital Commerce, and now operates in multiple countries. Our global brand is Reloadnow.com, but we also run local shops like opwaarderen.nl, aufladen.de, herladen.be and usaprepaid.com.

Our head office is in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, but we also have staff in other countries to do customer support, analysis or development.

Your challenge

The industry is addicted to paid traffic — everyone’s bidding on the same keywords, margins are razor-thin, and CPCs keep rising.
Your mission: outsmart, not outspend.

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and resourceful Head of Growth & Marketing to lead our full growth stack, drive sustainable customer acquisition, and help us grow revenue — without relying on brand campaigns or overpaying Google.

You will be doing:

  • As Head of Growth & Marketing, you’ll set and execute our growth strategy across all channels:

    • Design and implement growth initiatives across SEO, SEA, influencer/affiliate marketing, CRM/email, partnerships, and CRO

    • Build scalable acquisition channels beyond paid ads

    • Lead and manage a small, specialized team

    • Create and deliver clear, actionable reports to the leadership team, highlighting progress, learnings, and next steps

    • Foster a culture of experimentation, speed, and results

    • Take full ownership of growth KPIs, strategy, and roadmap — you’re in the driver’s seat

What Success Looks Like:

You’ll be accountable for:

  • Growing non-paid acquisition channels

  • Reducing CAC while increasing customer LTV

  • Improving conversion rates and retention

  • Leading a motivated and high-performing marketing team

Job requirements

What you should bring to the table

  • You’re not just a marketer — you’re a creative growth thinker with a bias for action and a hunger for impact.

    • 2–4 years of experience in growth/performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce or digital goods

    • A strong grasp of acquisition, retention, conversion, and channel mix strategy

    • Experience working in or around low-margin, high-volume business models

    • Creative and entrepreneurial mindset — you think in experiments, loops, and scalable hacks

    • Strong communication and leadership instincts — you know how to guide a team and present ideas clearly

    • Fluent in English; Dutch, French, or German is a big plus

    • Based near Rotterdam or able to work from our office 3 days per week
