(junior) Product specialist

Reloadnow.com is one of the leading companies in selling digital goods like prepaid and gift cards to consumers. Our diverse product portfolio includes music gift cards, game keys, as well as top-ups and miscellaneous gift cards. Today Reloadnow is selling over 40M of topups, gift cards and in game gift cards on a yearly basis.

Reloadnow started in 2003 and now operates in multiple countries. Our global brand is Reloadnow.com, but we also run local shops like opwaarderen.nl, aufladen.de, herladen.be and usaprepaid.com. Our head-office is in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, but we also have staff in other countries to do customer support, analysis, or do development.

You have a commercial attitude and (will come to) know exactly which products add value to our webshop. You also enjoy working with a diverse product range and want to know everything about it. Your role

As a Product Specialist, you work on our website on optimising the products that we sell. Next to that, you will assist the Operations Manager with various tasks like; keeping the product portfolio up to date and available; optimising payment methods or support; and creating the products in our system and updating data bases.  You will become responsible for positioning the products on our webshops. You will work in a small but close team on making RelaodNow a success!

As a Product Specialist at ReloadNow you:

• Create the products in our systems;
• Assist on bringing our websites up-to-date;
• Assist the Operations Manager on various tasks like; optimising payment methods or support;
• Analyse and act on opportunities;
• Report to the Operations Manager.

About you:

• Available for 28 - 40 hours a week.
• Completed a Bachelor or Master Degree.
  • Nice to have: a degree in business.
• You are commercially minded and have an interest in online marketing, e-commerce and webshops.
• You enjoy immersing yourself in a product group.
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
• You are very precise and have an eye for detail!
• You match our core values.
• You are based in the neighbourhood of Rotterdam.
• You are fluent in at least Dutch or English.
